All products purchased are delivered in the UK at the price quoted on the site. Delivery charges are based on the value, size, weight and fragility of the items in your order. Delivery is charged only once per item, so ordering multiple items will save you on delivery costs.
The delivery charge for your selected items can be seen on the Basket page before you start to place your order, or at any time whilst browsing the site. We endeavour to deliver items within 3-5 working days of our customers placing an order for stock items (dependent on availability). Special Order items from manufacturers can take up to 28 days to be delivered.

Royal Mail and DHL @HOME are our two nominated carriers, however other carriers may be used from time to time.
DHL @HOME is the flexible and personalised UK delivery service that is designed to deliver when you are at home. With an extended delivery window up to 9.00pm, and the local knowledge the courier has of your area, you get more deliveries first time. If you are not at home to receive your delivery the courier will either leave your delivery with a neighbour, or put a card through your door inviting you to call the courier to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
