You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the date of delivery. You must notify us by phone of your intention to cancel within this time. After notification we will issue you a returns notification number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

Should you wish to return or exchange any item you will need to contact our Customer Services Department first, as there are occasions when it may be unnecessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending an item back.

If you've placed an order by mistake, or wish to cancel your order for any reason, again please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible.



Items that are not returnable


  • Items not returned in the condition they were received
  • Items that have obvious signs of use
  • Items that are returned more than 14 days after returns authorisation
  • Unwanted items that were delivered more than 7 days ago

Returns Authorisation


No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation, this authorisation number must be clearly included with the returned item without defacing or damaging the item or its packaging - please do not write directly on the item's package.
Items without a returns authorisation cannot be accepted and may be disposed of.
Once a return authorisation is issued the goods must be received by our returns department within 14 days. We are unable to accept returned items after this time.

Faulty or Damaged Items


If you received a faulty or damaged item please contact our Customer Services Department on the number above or by using the online form.

We will arrange a returns authorisation and either a replacement part or full refund once the goods have been received and inspected. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please notify customer services when applying for a returns authorisation.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our warehouse.

How and when refunds are processed


We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item, and we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. (If you paid by cheque, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.)

How refunds are calculated


Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

  • Unwanted goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories (gift vouchers, free gifts if any) and in a resaleable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
  • Goods received back in damaged or otherwise not resaleable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and you will need to arrange for the goods to be re-delivered at your own cost.

Please note: that if a part is ordered incorrectly or you change your mind after the item has been despatched, a re-stocking fee of 25% plus postage will be deducted from any refund issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
